Lawrence Holzworth is an abstract-figurative painter who portrays highly expressive heroic figures revealing deep spiritual insights one feels and knows but cannot see revealing the psychological dichotomy of uncommon experience. The perspectual depth of his sophisticated imagery uncovers the hidden meanings lurking beneath the observable world manifoldly evident to only the most persistent observationist. A prolific artist, his intellectual restlessness and enduring curiosity confronts complex and challenging relationships and ethical conundrums with a post modern twist and irreverent attitude.
